Client Services Manager
We are seeking an energetic individual with 2-5 years in a client-facing role, preferably in the interior design or home remodeling industries. Ideal candidate will be well versed in drawing programs, able to manage projects from start to finish, eager to estimate custom products for the luxury market, and be motivated to close sales.
We are a small shop and ask our employees to cover a lot
of tasks to keep the business running smoothly. The Client Services Manager's task list will include answering in-bound sales calls, sourcing materials and products, creating shop drawings and estimates, and managing our showroom. Full product knowledge will benefit the Client Services Manager with more closed sales and improved customer service.
Ideal candidates should be expert in written and verbal communication, and be prepared to represent the Copperworks or Mio Metals brands with professionalism and superior customer service.
You must be able to work Monday through Friday, 8 am to
4:30 pm in Petaluma.
